Come across this today. Talk about how far the rot has gone when politicians have the Army noting down and worrying about troops who are calling themselves 'patriots'. Stuff is going seriously wrong.

'defence' ..... i think 1066 was the last major foreign invasion. William of Orange doesnt count cos he was invited by the Parliament. Anyway an army of the nation-State has all but been replaced by mercenaries of the corporate these days. Half the time its fighting in a place you cannot find on a map. the photo's of Tommy with the Troops has caused massive embarrassment to the hypocrites allegedly running the country.

And quite right too. I put my trust in the politicians come the day and I am sure they will stand shoulder to shoulder to fight off the invaders. I can see Abbott and Corbyn put up stiff resistance meanwhile some of the Tories will be selling stuff to the enemy. Makes you weep and just before D day.

The army are supposed to be snowflakes now too, apparently. At least we can be more like the French and celebrate all of our defeats of the future.
