For me, Sane has done enough this season to warrant his place there (including the national team he has over 3.000.minutes of gametime with great results). And I don't like BS. We're talking full season, not a few matches when he sat on the bench. Make your own list if you don't like it.

Yeah, I saw his assist. In a match in which Sterling contributed to 4 goals, Gabriel Jesus contributed to 3, de Bruyne, who came on the second half, contributed to 2, you're praising BS for a cross. You know how many crosses Sane gave this season that lead to goals?

Let it go. Opinions vary. But the fact that you're pretty unable yo see the future at football is a fact

No Rondon or Perez?

I was slightly shocked at how great scoring Toon turned out to be. Rondon anyway must be a target for PL sides now. I’ve slightly revised my view of him.

Not a long term solution perhaps but there again Glenn wasn’t either!

Sane is the real deal no question.

He does still have an Achilles heel though which stats tends to disguise - he can have a real shocker from time to time. But there again he’s so young and so hot when he’s on that I’d imagine any manager in the world would want him as an option.

For Top 50 players of.the season in all leagues?! I mean....they had a good year, but Newcastle is a relegation threatened team. I think Callum Wilson deserves it more than Rondon. Better mobility and overall play as well as goals.

But I'd be curious to see your list

Rondon was tongue in cheek.

He’d certainly make my list of surprises of the season though. After barely featuring in the first 10 weeks his average of goals and assists was extremely high especially given Newcastle and their typically safety first approach (roughly returns two every three games on the back of my envelope). I’m not sure anyone saw that coming.

He beat your tip of Muto pretty comfortably. Smile!

Wilson for sure. Fraser too. But given how they assisted each other the best bet there would be to get both. Also looking at how Bournemouth have been splashing the cash it wouldn’t surprise if Wilson moved on but he’s surely out of our price bracket.
