Bielsa has done a terrific job at Leeds,taking a side which finished 13th last season to the play-offs with a net spend of a mere £4 Mill. The average age of his bench today was just 19 and this season he has played Clarke,Shackleton and Gotts who are either 19 or younger.Fantastic workrate and organisation.
