Hoping for a Spuds victory in the CL final. Sending the bin dippers home empty handed is an almost orgasmic prospect.

We might have given Fergie his first trophy and helped him keep his job in 1990, which started united’s domination, but I think we can take the credit for Liverpool not winning the league title since that year, because they’ve never recovered from us stopping them winning the double by beating them in the cup semi Edited by monkey (12 May 2019 7.32pm)

For Liverpool to have lost the League having amassed 97 points and been beaten only once all season... ...they must be absolutely devastated.

Because they aren't Liverpool. It's the lesser of two evils. I don't really care who owns a club but have disliked most Liverpool fans I have come across over the years and mainly liked most City fans I have come across. And they did that nice banner wishing us luck in the final against United back in 1990. As the song goes; where were they when they were s***?

As the song goes; where were they when they were s***? Another famous old hymn, sung by Palace fans to City fans was, "You're the sh!t of Manchester". League Cup quarter-final 1994, when they behaved disgracefully as Chris Armstrong and co walloped them 4-0.
