Quite possibly but none of the people whose body parts he removed had any complaints.

Bit hard to complain when you no longer have a functional tongue

Mind you, if split in two I can imagine a couple of uses for it with a certain kind of lady.

A foreign culture and practices imported into my country and given equal status to me and my children.

Aside from those that die from genetic malformations, there is also a vastly increased number (pro rata to other groups) of children born with genetic deformities who are an ever increasing drain on the welfare budget.
