All I asserted what that in all probability it was the Watford supporters who were defending their player after the accusations against him. Edited by Willo (04 Feb 2019 6.50pm)

Just heard on BBC South Today sports news that the FA are taking no action against Mings, Wilf will probably be hung drawn and quartered. Justice is not a word in their book.

Clear as day. Completely unnatural action, stamping down and behind him. Did the bloke in broad daylight and on camera and got away with it.

Probably just defending their player. How did I miss this. Did you just defend a thug's actions because of their good record in one breath and then in the next say not to judge Mings on his previous? You also state that you'd decided he couldn't have done it based on his reported charity work before you'd even seen it. I'd be worried to see you on a jury, deciding innocence and guilt based on whether you like what you heard about someone rather than the evidence!

I have not defended any action at all, merely stating that the evidence is inconclusive. So YES, I have looked at the evidence. As you mentioned 'Jury', I would like to point out that the jurors are not given details of any 'Previous' of the accused so as not to influence their decision.I was just advocating that the FA should not be influenced by the Mings incident with Ibrahimovic. I have made my views on this patently clear and stand 'Four square' by my comments.I really don't feel minded to add any more nor respond to comments which mis-interpret my message. Watching the video I would say at best Mings has done little to avoid this, and it actually looks like he has broken stride to make sure there is contact.

If the broken stride to land on Oliviera's face isn't evidence enough then surely the way he then launches himself off that trailing foot to inflict maximum damage is enough. You're merely preempting the FA's (gutless) decision in attempt to appear learned and wise.

Having perused the incident a few times I find it inconclusive. The FA should not be influenced by the previous charge concerning Ibrahimovic, they should view the incident at the weekend in isolation. It isn't a Court of Law. I think the previous charge is relevant. In a Tribunal situation it quite probably would be taken into account.
