Points win to Manny. Never really troubled. Sets up Pacquiao Mayweather two. Broner refused to accept afterwards that he lost even though the fight wasn't even close. Hes possibly the most deluded guy in boxing.

It's really hard to get excited for a Mayweather Pacquiao rematch......those two damaged boxing in the US with the first one.

In a sport that features Carl Froch and Billie Joe Saunders, Adrian Broner has somehow managed to win the title of biggest cock in the sport. The only positive thing you can say about his interview is that it deflected attention away from how poor his performance was. Credit to Manny, not the fighter he once was but still basically world class at his age is an incredible feat.

The real victory in this fight goes to doctors and their Peds and masking agents. Money talks and bulls*** walks in boxing. Still, it's compelling viewing.

Another WBA regular farce. Pacquiao won comprehensively without doubt and Broner has been a complete dick his entire career, from his ringwalks to his post fight interviews. Jim Gray handed him a double loss in one night with the interview.

Saunders is a bell end of the highest order... 3 title defences in 3 years prior to being stripped of them... Shame actually because the lad can box... Just an absolute Hampton in how he lives his life. Froch maybe a t*** but you can never deny he took on everybody who came after him
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Not really related but I met Manny Pacquiao in the British Embassy in Manila in 2002, well before he became known internationally, although he was already a local hero. He came over as a polite, quiet and charming gentleman. Not so sure about the politics though. It is widely expected in the Philippines that he will one day be their President.
