doi209 Fighting for the weak and innocent... 17 Jan 19 1.26pm | |
---|---|
I have supported Palace since 1961 and been a member on this forum since 2005 ( not a fly-by-night ) A long time ago I asked for help to protect the Tamar Valley AONB. Now I'm asking again. A Public Enquiry will be held on Feb 26 regarding the closure of a local road that runs alongside the AONB as a local business wants to dig it up for quarrying. So I am asking for as many people as possible to object to the road closure by sending an email to: Deadline is 17th January, but I am sure all comments will be acceptable after this date. The road is vital to our local community and must be retained. The closure would be another nail in rural life. You may not see much of it in London, but if you saw the AONB, you'd understand. The more members of the public that make a objection comment, the better to prevent the road closure. Tx.
