If there are two Prem teams interested in him, I severely doubt he comes at a cheap price. But even if he's double or triple the Transfermarkt estimate, he could be a decent addition. Affordable, and better than having Joniesta or Kaikai sit around on the squad list and practice kicking the ball against a wall.
