Roy even admitted we were set up for a 0-0 draw from the outset. Frankly the whole matter was disgraceful from the kick off. Edited by Booted Eagle (31 Dec 2018 6.44pm) Can you link that? If he suggested that then he truly has to go.

Are posters saying we should revert to the expansive, attacking style favoured by Alan Pardew? Yay! Cup Final

Ah, but don't forget November 2016 - the nine-goal thriller at Swansea

Co Derry Palace maghera co derry 31 Dec 18 10.41pm | |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'One man went to mow' by bexleydave Whilst watching the match from my bunker in Derry yesterday, I heard the Chelsea fans burst into 'One man went to mow a meadow'. The more mature Palace fans might remember when they turned up at our place in 1983 for a 2nd Div relegation match, and took over the seats at the back of the Arthur, whilst we were stood on the terracing in from of them. They all sang this in unison, and to my eternal shame, my 16 year old self was very impressed by this. I wasn't the only one, because when we played at the Valley a couple of weeks later, we all sang this too! Looking back, I find it very embarrassing that we felt the need to nick their song.
