The first questions have to be who we offload, where they go, and do they go permanently or on loan. We have Sorloth, Benteke, Wickham and Ayew up front. I would like to see Sorloth loaned and I can't see others being easy to sell.

Our captain being Serbian, he could surely be called upon to come up with recommendations regarding worthwhile fellow-countrymen who are strikers and willing to be interviewed in this window. Hopefully, our srecxruitment setup has set the wheels in motion that way already.

Before I´m dubbed geographically misplaced, it is not my suggestion that Serb strikers from major leagues should necessarily be approached, if at all. Surely our captain is aware of, or even has contact with, Serbs, with whom he would obviously have no language problem, and who are already playing in lesser leagues at whatever level on the European continent and would be keen to establish themselves as squad members in Serbia´s national team, a respected opponent in international competitions.
