On the train from Southampton yesterday evening and a few Weeds fans on there and one commented "I really think we have a marvelous away win in us and really thought it would be us and not Palace today" Well they can but dream. Pure gold.

With City’s second goal Guaita looked a little too far forward in anticipation of the cross. His anticipation and handling had been faultless all afternoon under intense pressure. The back five were brilliant.

You look at that performance yesterday and wonder how on earth virtually the same group of players played so poorly at the Amex. Anyway, that smile has been on my face for nearly 24 hours now....congratulations to Roy, Ray and the players - magnificent. They were under more pressure at the Amex?

Quite right Willow he should have at least made an effort as Hennessey did at Watford from a similar fluke shot cum cross. also people say his distribution is good but I beg to differ. Watch the highlights on the official site and you will see for yourselves. Forget ‘highlights’ they just don’t show that kind of thing. It was more obvious against Leicester when he started a few counters with quick, clever clearances. I can’t recall Hennessy ever hitting a team mate from 60/70 yards with a flat drop kick. Guaita seems to look for the best option forward every time he has the ball, not just going short or smashing it into the channels.
Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five! |

Any one else notice the back looks much better with this other keeper between the posts like they are not worried keeper is going to do something random or flap at stuff. Are you saying that the save in the 2nd half was trying to gift Vardy a goal? If so, where the hell did you get that thought from?
