Two things I thought after watching the interview... 1) I didn't know Saša Curcic had become a coach with the Academy. 2) Lombardo refers to being invited over by his friend Saša Curcic and also talks about being out of work. Does anyone think he might be being considered for a coaching role? Given his experience with Man City and in Italy I would love to have here. Such a lovely guy. I have no idea about whether he would make a capable manager second time around, but his personality would certainly make me want him to succeed. Edited by taylors lovechild (24 Nov 2018 10.05am)

If he could be persuaded to join the coaching staff I also think he would be good at spotting upcoming and skilful young talent throughout Europe. If so he could save us a lot of transfer cash, much of which has gone to waste over the past few seasons! His salary would then be a great investment for the future.
