My 24 y.o son hads finished uni and now applying jpbs as chemical engineer , not easy.

We have been looking for temporary accommodation like Air Bnb near his brother in Balham but everywhere very expensive.

Anyone have any suggestions, he is quiet and polite

Needs a room with access to wifi and within walk of station.

Budget around 30 pounds per night, needed from now until around 16h December December.

Happy to throw in use of my ST in Aw for a couple of games if that helps.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Spare room or gumtree mate. Airbnb is for official rooms of people who have bought their homes and charge top fees and months up front. The other two are the the slightly more dodgy majority who have a spare room and don’t own their homes and do things on the quiet and charge pittance compared
