According to MSN Sport,we tried to get him on a temp basis.

He’s played for his boyhood club, Man Utd and glamorous semi-retirement in America. Can’t see him wanting to bother with a tough season at a club our size.

I think he’d be great for us though.

He could have the choice of many clubs why would he choose Palace he has no connection with us.

I couldn't even see him training with us he could go to a club with much better coaching/facilities.

This is typical paper rubbish
