Interesting article Given all PL clubs employ analysts extensively now, is Roy's tendency for late subs a known target areas for opposition to plan for? If so it seems to be working especially given the number of late goals conceded. Conversely all Evertons subs either scored or assisted on Sunday. A very interesting possibility

I wonder if any of the hacks will raise it at the press conference tomorrow? Fingers crossed as this in addition to not playing Meyer is taking the shine off his stint here.

Old should not mean stubborn. Fresh legs will help in the second half. Will also keep teams guessing. Currently we are the most predictable team in the league. Our results are also predictable, unfortunately.

If so it seems to be working especially given the number of late goals conceded. Conversely all Evertons subs either scored or assisted on Sunday. With such an ineffective strike force it probably doesn't require rocket technology (science is easy to understand) to see a weakness with us. The Everton subs highlighted that a lot of teams in this division have the strike forces ,on or off the bench to turn a tight game into victory. All 3 would probably walk into our attack at the moment and they were all bench warmers on Sunday. We are hanging in, in every game at the moment without any control. Silva had seen the earlier 85 minutes and knew that we would not turn the game 0-1. If they had been under the cosh he would not of thrown on 3 attacking subs.
