He looks top heavy and jogged about for much of the Everton game (including for their first goal where he failed to get back leaving a lack of numbers to defend the cross). His passing has also been poor with him giving the ball away in the lead up to Everton's second goal. The one good thing he did was win the first ball from Wayne's kicks.

To me he looks like he's either unfit/mentally not right, or like he just doesn't give a sh*t. I'm hoping it's the former and we can fix it. If it's the latter then we need to try and offload him.
