I didn't think Wolves were that impressive at all - I expected far more of them.Overall,on the balance of play I thought they were a tad fortunate to come way with all the points. We didn't do enough to win and I think a draw would have been a fairer result. Some very disapponting individual performances by both Schlupp and Townsend and AWB didn't have his best game as well. After Everton it is Arsenal,Chelsea, Tottenham and Man Utd and our prospects are certainly concerning for us all. Edited by Willo (07 Oct 2018 1.35pm) Whilst I agree with you, their manager and fans have openly admitted it was their worst performance of the season which pains me to say the old cliche....the sign of a good team. Was reading earlier that their Chinese owners are richer than Man City’s Shiek. Where has that come from all of a sudden. I didn’t see anything special but they’re clear favourites to win the league without the big six. Everton are 7/1, that’s got to be wrong but if not I’m going to Ladbrokes at lunchtime tomorrow

We need to come strong after the international break. Hopefully our midfield will be clicking.

There were a few chinese people in the colours of Wolves in the Directors Box yesterday.

I have to say it.....I'm actually quite worried. This side has that smell of players who are happy to pick up the pay cheque......when you combine that with low confidence that's dangerous. Without Zaha, we are buggered....again.....Palace are still living season to season.
I'm not tbh.

If you put the bookies odds and the owners to one side, they looked of similar quality to just about any other mid table PL side. Truth is there will be a lot of these 50-50 type matches and this one has exposed shortcomings in our play. But nothing we didn't see already at Southampton I think.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Wolves fans' by bexleydave sung their hearts out and were superb I thought. I was sitting/standing as the first Palace fan on the divide in block U in the Arthur - a few young jack the lads giving it the big'un but generally a solid lot - I turned to applaud them at the final whistle and two came over leaned over the barrier between the steawrds and shook my hand - good on them (and me of course). and I did like the Nuno song to Schloop John B - when they did the 'where's our famous atmosphere' jibe and shooshed for a response I didn't have the bottle or the beer inside to sing 'Hi Ho Crystal Palace.' Good luck to them - more like Burnley than Barca though - outmuscled us when the ball was loose and broke - very decisive in both boxes- unlike us.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Wolves fans' by bexleydave agree about their singing. Thought that they defended very well on corners and we never had any luck in front of goal. Their goal squeezed in somehow at near post and looking on MOTD goalslike murrays was such a simple tap in and unmatked even I could have scored that one. COYP

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Wolves fans' by bexleydave seem to be convinced they're on their way into the top 4 and we should all be fearful of them. As a killjoy miserable b****** and someone who hates every promoted club's fans when they mouth off, I hope their bubble bursts soon. didn't think their fans were all that anyway, sang often but not that loudly compared to Liverpool and Newcastle and that *insert manager here* had a dream song can f*** right off

the bubble will burst in early spring and I'd look at the odds for them for a bottom half finish - a bit of 2/1 would be very tasty, organised, efficient, team work above individuals so can be underestimated, but pushing for top 6? you're 'avvin a bubble
