This post has been merged from a topic called 'ruben loftus cheek' by Midlands Eagle Didn't do Chelsea much good yesterday though. They need a centre forward like us who can score.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'ruben loftus cheek' by Midlands Eagle I heard a newspaper reporter say that Danny Drinkwater was more likely a target for us. Fulham are also interested because of the Ranieri connection, I expect West Spam will also stick there oar in at some point.

Drinkwater is stuck at Chelski unless they are prepared to subsidise his £120k per week wages in a loan deal. He’s been away from PL football since last season so would take weeks to get up to speed - time which teams in the bottom half don’t have.
Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five! |

A classic example of the madness of modern day football, I suggest.

All good comments I think the point the reporter was making was that RLC will not be released so Chelski are offering Drinkwater as an alternate. Its like when I ask a pretty girl for a dance she says no but she recommends her plainer friend. Edited by Badger11 (24 Dec 2018 11.08am)

Edited by Badger11 (24 Dec 2018 11.08am) In which case there would be much more chance of getting a ‘result’ (in my experience)
