I'm stunned that this guy managed to impress Steve Parish in a job interview

His voice is sho boring! How on earth could anyone be motivated by that? Still at least he can talk about his playing career and he is much better than the token women “players” that Sky seem determined to bore viewers with !

I have to say I found him exceedingly dour, not inspirational at all and very un-interesting.I've known undertakers more fizzy.

Besides, on MNF the presenter and pundits/guests are always booted and suited with ties and jacket/suit etc whereas FDB was rather casual with an open necked shirt etc etc.

Nobody cares what the 'pundits' say but he at least knows most of the players.
I may be in the minority but I say to get the push after 4 games was unfair particularly in his last game away to Burnley we were starting to get it together, were the dominant team and did everything but score (does that ring a bell this season?) We gifted them the winning goal. I would have liked him to have been given more time - his system needed practice and who is to say it would not have come good?

Although I agree with the majority of this post, I don’t think it was just the playing side which got him the boot. For what I have heard he upset a lot of people, players and staff at the club with his arrogant attitude.

South London & Proud
Sometimes I really wonder if family are really worth it.
Because it doesn’t matter how time and affection you give
It’s never enough

Just about any reputable football journalist. Where is Frank managing now?

His whole character and demeanour is just so negative and dour isnt it!? Imagine being a player and having to listen to his instructions day in day out. Not exactly motivational. How he has got a gig on tv is beyond me. I mean I know why but even still. Is there a less engaging pundit/person than him

Don’t you remember how he was dressed on the sideline for his first game at home to Huddersfield? All that was missing was a boater !!

At least they show some passion (well not so much with Mourinho) and have great management knowledge, the dutch man is well named, the Bore

The geezer reminds me of a dribbling baby learning to talk.
You could see the other two on the show didnt know how to be with him and found it awkward.

Imagine being a player and spending every day having Frank the Plank telling you what to do
