GGG got approx 22 mill for the first fight and this one was a guaranteed 15 mill plus the PPV share, so he's probably earned north of 25 mill this time.

I don't think 5 mill would cut it for part 3.

A Goldenboy promotion in Vegas that doesn't end in a KO, normally means his fighter is winning. Even the dates for his fights are all about Mexico.

Cheers for the info and yep....Goldenboy only really have Canelo as the cash cow and until he gets knocked out....it's difficult seeing him lose on points.

The effect of immigration on the USA demonstrated perfectly. Pandering to Mexicans for personal gain.
Just like how everyone is suddenly Irish,Italian or African American and not just plain old American when it suits their bank balance or political agenda.

Isn't it nice how that wonderful melting pot nation has integrated with no hint of division or exploitation.

Yep, he is their only big draw and after the scoring in the first fight I doubt he'd ever lose on points there. GGG deserves a fight in a neutral venue, with neutral judges but now they've finally taken his belts, he's got even less negotiating power.

Optimistic as ever

Well Oscar De La Hoya is also of Mexican descent.
