Irrespective of team selection, we owe them some payback for the opening Home game last season and I’m therefore confident, despite the poor showing against Southampton, of a decent result.

Not a great footballing spectacle but 2-0 to the Palace and three valuable points.

Going for a 1-0 win, Zaha to score. Hoping Tomkins is back, he defo makes our defence better.

I just hope the result doesn’t leave me shouting out something that sounds very close to the name of the place where you live...again!!

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

After our last performance (yawn) ... hopefully, something to cheer about. An away win by a single goal 0-1.

A MUST-WIN performance by Palace after the embarrassment of Southampton match therefore 2-0 to The Eagles.

Cue 30-minute philosophical discussion from Hodgson on the perceived nonsensical expression 'must win' followed by repeated question 'What do you want from me?' and ending with Roy Hodgson's Latin Word of the Day.

Not too confident because I think we'll go with the same lineup that's been losing us games recently, I wouldn't actually mind us losing too much if we were trying something different, what's that Einstein quote?

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."

Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot.

Overly physical game. Lax refereeing loses control of the match.
Wilf carried of with 2 broken legs in the 92nd minute, but shown the red card as he leaves the game, for 'unsporting behaviour'.
Huddersfield convert the late penalty

I disengage, I turn the page.
