Thanks for posting that link. That was the article I was referring to in my earlier post. My doctor friend agrees that fat is not as bad as we think. Many "low fat" foods actually contain more sugar that the so called high fat version, Greek yogurt for instance. Next time you are in the supermarket compare the sugar content between the low fat and the full fat. Why do the manufacturers add sugar to low fat, because it tastes sh** otherwise.

Natural fat is not an issue unless your doctor has told you it is for you. The fat we should avoid is Trans Fat as this does not break down in the body. Any food item that is not refrigerated and has a long expiry date e.g. crisps, biscuits some cakes etc. has trans fat.

Back to Jamie he aint perfect but if we can get the manufacturers to reduce sugar and salt then good on him.
