Chelski don't give a rats about their young talent. I think the issue was the crazy 10 mill+ loan fees they were asking for RLC/Abraham. That's a huge fee for a loan player for a season plus wages. It's little to no benefit to the loaning team unless there's an option to buy with the fee coming off the price. So it's off to the championship for them - I doubt either will make the 25 for them.
they get fees for loaning and then fees for selling with no interest in even using them in their own team. Youngsters still go to these clubs if they really cared about football they would go to clubs they might be a chance in first team but they don't because its all about money.

They can charge whatever they want and do not give two hoots about the youth or other clubs. Chelsea are a really good business and always get top top dollar for their players. Buying this keeper will hurt a bit but with 30+ players out on loan, all paying loan fees between £500,000 and 10m. Adds up every season. Personally, I applaud them because at first they were just spending Romans money. Now, they have a business plan and until a few youngsters stop going to chelsea or clubs stop paying loan fees, it will always work.
