And Wickham's injured again too apparently. I think both clubs have to cut these guys loose, or do pay as you play. We can't keep haemorrhaging money on chronically injured players in the financial state we're in.

If true, time to cut loose. Surely qualifies as gross misconduct. I would be angry as a fan and even angrier as management. Sky reported it as training injury originally. Someone else injured too. Is Wickham injured? Surely would qualify for invalidity benefit by now. Getting a bit old hat. Can barely remember what he looks like. Probably aged since I last saw him on the pitch anyway.
