I changed my broadband to BT for the free football and pay about £ 6 for Eropean games then send it to the tv with Chromecast. I also buy the odd sky day pass if we are away on tv and I am not going. Keeps the cost bearable

Yes but was brought in to promote competition so Sky wouldn't dominate the market. OK its costs a lot more money as you say and its bl**dy inconvenient but hooray for the politician who came up with this one.

Why hooray for the politician, what has he done for us? and as i understand it, Amazon was allowed in to promote a bidding war, that didn't happen

The "big 6" have got their way over international TV rights.

Typical isn't it, the rich get richer while the poor get poorer, greedy barstools

Get IPTV. About £5 a month and every game of the season.

No point paying stupid money when Palace don't get many live games anyway.

Could you please tell me more about this. I only want to watch Palace away games, as have a season ticket

You don’t need to subscribe to anything, just use a firestick and download an APK.
Search You Tube for instructions.

Plusnet my broadband supplier gives me bt sports on an app that i watch on my ipad for £5 a month.

When the time gets closer talk to them each indivudually and strike a deal.

Ive cancelled sky sports until the new season starts thus i will be a new customer for sports channels when the time is right. Normally can get it for about £20

Wait and see what is being offered the decide how important it is, there is bound to be a pub that will show the games as well.

I heard there is a thing called Reddit soccer streams, only hearsay

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Thing is here in the States, they MAY show our team on the odd occasion at various bars..But, most of the time they watch "BUTTBALL" (called that as in American football most of the time all they do is look at one another's 'butts" as they play the ball in their version of a scrum....)
So for us in the "sticks" away from towns etc..it is hard...We HAVE to have wi-internet etc..
The days of smoke signals are gone.but we are still in the dark ages sometimes...

Here since 81...(LAST CENTURY !!).. x-Dunraven School, early 1960.... Palace 'nut' since 58....
