One of the best pieces of business Crystal Palace will ever do.

Very few will wear the jersey with such pride and commitment.

I hope he has a fantastic end to his career, it will be truly deserved.

Thanks for the great years you true legend.

Damo was a key ingredient in our promotion too.

Perhaps played one year too many in the end for us, but blame that on our recruitment policy, not him!

Good luck in the future Damo. Warrior.

His diagonal pass was the legend. With any luck he’s given Mama and James some training on this technique just in case it’s needed.

That photo at Wembley in 2013 with him out front like the cover from Platoon is one that will live with me forever.

Driving on the M25 yesterday and was overtaken by a car (BMW convertible) with the reg D4MO D couldn't get a look at the driver, but if it wasn't him he should be after that reg no

Not his style. He’s massively understated.

I was hoping to see him at Turners Cross on Friday but may now try to see him on Sunday.

Legend, and I may smuggle a red and blue scarf over there.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).
