I personally think we need reinforcements in the form of wide & versatile attacking players, who can offer competition to Wilf & Townsend and fit into Roys high intensity & dynamic way of playing.

Have been impressed with him in his time at Newcastle this season. Still young at 22 and can’t see how he’s gonna forge his way into Chelsea upon his return.

Would suspect Newcastle would be hoping for first refusal but at the right price I certainly think he’s a player worth competing for.

A Mourinho signing at just under £7 Mill.

My understanding is that Newcastle are in the driving seat with regards to purchasing him.As well as playing out wide, he can also play at left-back and he has also played as a striker.

I wouldn't want Mstrobez to think I'm commenting negatively on all player propositions he makes, but the truth is I never liked Kenedy in the times I've watched him.

He looked slow on the ball and even slower in thinking what to do with it (and I'm a big fan of left footed players in general). His defensive contribution is close to 0 as he does not draw back after losing the ball (very curious at such an age). He pretty much just walks after losing a ball.

But he scored goals and maybe that's what matters, not my impression. Can he keep doing so for a longer period of time or was it just a fluke? I'd say fluke, but I might be wrong.

Rafa Benitez loves him, even going as far as ignoring his lack of defensive contributions and keeping him on the pitch a long time. Newcastle are doing everything to sign him, so it would mean a bidding war to go for him.

Him and RLC coming in would really get the transfer window rocking.

Sadly can't see either happening tbh. Maybe an 10.59pm bid come the end of the transfer window

If Chelsea do change managers i don't think there'll be any departures from the bridge until late in the window anyway as any new boss would surely want to assess what they've got.

With so many loanees on their books reckon they will have to off load a few fairly quickly. Like to see Tammy Abraham arrive.

Yes would agree about Abraham...he's lost his way at Swansea and won't be staying...he'd work well with Wilf!

I always thought Musonda Jr a better player in terms of Chelsea fringe options. Shame he's on loan at Celtic for another year. Kenedy will go to Newcastle if he leaves Chelsea.

I think Chelsea are going to recall Musonda due to lack of playing time at Celtic

I have always rated him but I think he will join the Toon this summer. I hope I am wrong & the lure of living in London will be more attractive to him & choose us instead.
