This season IMO.
The quality of the football has been on a different level under Roy and we’ve found home form.

Agree with this especially if you take in to account the amount of injuries to key players throughout the season and the fact that out main striker has lost form all season. lets look forward to an even better season next year, I have also nearly forgiven Parish for his transfer dealings etc

I heard before Roy came in that players like and appreciate the coaching and development they get for the current club and their own careers. He’s very meticulous which you need in the premier League. All the successful ones are, including the best 3 we’ve recently had.

I also heard he’s a bit tight as well.

A bit tight? As in at the bar?

Claimed some tiny expenses from someone for only a couple of quid. He was within his rights to but a bit tight considering its a small business.

Possibly not a bad thing considering us if he appreciates the value of money rather than spend big, achieve club aims and move on leaving the next man with a battle.

If all these little bits arnt claimed these small businesses make extra profits.
Doesn't filter down to the end user though, being us.

Allowing up to 2 assists per goal, we are averaging 1.53 per goal this season, significantly above any previous year in the Premier League

It's quite a different game and we are carving apart weaker or uninterested teams like in the last couple of weeks

Big shame RLC is going

Remember when Leicester nearly got relegated but towards the end of the campaign they picked up big time and the following season theyyyyy

Won the title?

Not saying we’ll do that but who knows of what will happen next year? Champions league place?

Bang on, we have absolutely been quality in some games. Bothe Leicester matches for example. The passing has been the best I have seen us play, plus we blooded AWB, plus Selhurst is starting to become a fortress.

I'd concur with the majority - mainly because the football has been better and there has been a lot of adversity.

Clouds on the horizon is we are looking to replace more players than other teams and can we hope for a Benteke bounce back

One positive stat. We have spent 20 weeks in bottom 3 (which will be tied highest with WBA at season end).If we finish higher than 14th that will be the best finish with any team with 20 or more weeks in relegation positions since we went to 38 game season

When you consider our wage bill, £80 million*, and the some of players we have, I think we can and should be doing better. Roy's got a preseason and transfer window to mould the team properly, so I think we can at least break into the top ten and think about the Europa league.

*Brighton have a wage bill of 11 million and are only a few places below us, which doesn't reflect massively well on us..
