I keep seeing these quotes too, they're all very happy to talk about these players that haven't put the effort in, but aren't Butland and Adam part of this group? Adam has definitely made mistakes as well this season. And Butland's tears seemed suspiciously crocodile. I know Jese and Berahino will take the brunt of criticism. And probably Afellay. Maybe Wimmer (thank God we didn't move for him)... They've actually got a pretty terrible squad when you think about it. They'll have some pretty hefty wages going on if they can't get this lot off the payroll Ageing squad with 9 in their 30s IE Grant,Johnson,Shawcross,Cameron,Fletcher,Adam, Affelay,Crouch,Diouf. Also paid a combined total of £30 Mill for Wimmer and Berahino ! Their £18 Mill signing Imbula on loan to Toulouse for the whole season, and Krkic out on loan all season as well.

Bojan seems an odd one because for a while he looked inspirational... then just disappeared from the scene. Maybe he just didn't like it in England

I'd love Butland - but we won't get him..!! IMO he'll go to a top 6 team either Liverpool, Chelsea or Arsenal - if De Gea to Real surfaces again in the Window maybe Man U. We've signed a pre contract deal for Vincente Guaita - but reports from Spain suggest he wants to stay in Spain with Althletico allegedly sniffing. Last thing we want is another Mandanda homesick scenario..!! Personally I'd go Heaton now no 2 at Burnley after Pope and with Hart's rumoured omission, presumably Pope is now going to the World Cup - effectively taking Heaton's place who was in the England squad before his injury against us in September. If not I'd take Hart in a "heartbeat" pardon the pun, it's just a loss of confidence with Hart - primarily bought around by Pellegrini. Think that Roy who had him in the Squad at France 2016 - could build up restore his confidence again. Hart is only 31 so for a keeper coming into his prime years - he has all the attributes and experience - 75 caps - just needs his confidence rebuilding. COYP

At least 4 managers since Pellegrini have watched his decline. Roy hasn't managed to restore Benteke's confidence so no reason to think he can work a miracle with Hart

COYP I understand that W.Ham are interested in signing Heaton.
