What do you think? all time best palace team capable of winning one of the worlds best trophies, but on a regular basis, I have to say that because Leicester won the premiership, not likely with their all time best 11. Do you think we'd match the current Real Madrid man for man?

I would say a front three of Johnny Byrne, Ian Wright and Wilf would cause major problems for any team. with Nigel Martyn and Kenny Sansom there would be enough other talented players to complete the squad - Lombardi, Vince Hilaire, Don Rogers, Peter Taylor ............................

If you did our all-time 25-man squad, then yes I think that would be capable of winning the Prem title. When you've got options like in-form Andy Johnson on the bench, and with the centre backs we've had over the years, you're going to win a lot of matches.
