Adam Traore, he is the fastest thing I've seen in a football shirt. He is playing for Middlesborough at the moment and if they do not get promoted he would certainly be a good investment. He is not the finished article yet as his final ball is often poor but the panic he causes when runs at defenders is great to watch. I have not heard anyone else talking about him so maybe he has baggage?

He is lightning quick but is a maverick type player.Last year I heard that his end product was being questioned but that it was improving and this also applied to his decision making.

1. He's not the fastest player I've ever seen. I agree that he has speed on short distances, but he doesn;t get back into his own half fast enough and is not really fast when it comes to defending.
2. He's had a pretty good season in the Championship for a 22 year old, I give him that. He's developing. Last year there were a lot of expectations from him every time he came on, but I don't think his end product in the PL was more than 1 assist in an entire season!! This year- 4 goals and 5 assists in 1400 minutes in the Championship. He's still growing.
3. He is still over evaluated. They want a massive amount for him. Coming from Barcelona and being hailed as "the next big thing" caused him to be overrated. Good enough player for a 22 year old, but his contract runs until 2020, so they'll want plenty of money for him.

It was Tim Sherwood who signed him for A.Villa from Barcelona for a fee I think was £7 Mill.

Agree with most of the comments above. Have to say I've thought he was a potential replacement for Wilf or Bolasie years ago after he came on for Villa against us a few years ago and ripped us to shreds changing the game. Gibson is financually stable at Boro after relegation and unlike many others have invested heavily post relegation with the likes of Ben Gibson and Friend staying at the club now pushing for the playoff spaces so really can't imagine him willing to sell Traore even if they don't make it this year.
