I have no complains about the service at the box office, but the website is a total shambles. Spent 3 and a half hours in total to book a bundle for Brighon and West Brom. Understand systems not coping with lots of people logging in at the same time, but wrong allocation, baskets that remain empty and no queing system but a failing system is totally unacceptable I would think.

Totally agree I spent several hours trying to buy tickets yesterday. It’s a total shambles. Please sort it out Mr Parrish

I've given up on the website this season. Much easier to phone the box office as long as you are quick enough and don't end up as 20th in the Q.

Website didn't allow for purchasing kids tickets along with adult ones unless you wanted to pay adult prices for the kids tickets.

And me, it's a disgrace, looks like I'm gonna miss the Brighton game because of this bloody shambles , it's like they want to get you to phone to screw you for yet more money, well I won't, out of principal, not impressed at all Palace!

 


He'll do anything for a tanner.

Have you booked any bundles lately? If so I'd like to know what you are using? I was online whith an imac and windows laptop day before yesterday and both had the same issues.

Book loads of tkts on the website, always been fine since I used Chrome instead of IE. Try using a different browser.

It honestly has been horrible, and it was not the first time.
It has the same issues with Apple stuff and safari clearly.

Normal windows computer using Google Chrome. For me, the bundles work exactly the same as if I'm buying for just the one match.
