That would be logical to Russia as it is what the UK are doing in Yemen. The UK not actually bombing helpless civilians themselves but everything leading up to that.

That's not absurd but it's hard to say how accurate it is. IS definitely receives funding from donors in Saudi Arabia. How connected to the ruling family that is isn't known.....but it happens. Edited by Stirlingsays (13 Apr 2018 5.31pm)
