Pardew in Barcelona

Pardew seems to be the "Theresa May" of football at present. A walking disaster.

Sunshine break in Spain.

Leaves jacket in bar (a little over-refreshed?). Phone and wallet nicked.

Four senior players not only break curfew but steal taxi and leave it outside their hotel. Court action pending.

Chairman who gave him the job is sacked.

What next?

Can't wait for Pardew to get relegated with West Brom.

Whilst I am enjoying West Brom's discomfort I don't think we can blame Pardew for the behaviour of the players. He set a curfew they broke it what is he supposed to do carry out a bed check? If he gets sacked over this the owners are using it as an excuse.

The 4 senior players are men not boys and have to take responsibility for their actions. If WBA were top of the league no doubts the baggie fans would have a chuckle at the antics and say this was all about team bonding. However I don't blame any fan for pointing out that when you are bottom of the league this type of behaviour smacks of "I don't care I am still getting my money".

As for Pardew if he has any sense he will use this to bring the squad together with a siege mentality, which I hope doesn't happen.

I don't wish any misfortune on Pardew ... he thought he did his best for us but it all went wrong. He was too long in going but the old CPFC seesaw is still wobbling even 15 months after his departure ... he's had no influence over that.

Next week is a massive game for baggies against Huddersfield.

Surely if they get beat then Pardew and West Brom are down.

Will Baggies board gamble and get a new boss if they lose to Terriers or hope that Pardew can come good at the last ditch and somehow keep them up?

Anyhow we have enough worries of our own as Tottenham and Man U games approach but it would be nice to see one bottom three place looking booked by West Brom.
