Charged by the FA for allegedly racially abusing Brighton's Gaetan Bong.

Given John Terry was banned for 4 games for a similar offence I'd expect him to get at least this. It is very rare for a player to be found not guilty of an FA charge.

He has until 16th Jan to respond so could well miss games against Huddersfield, Watford, Leicester and Bournemouth. Would be a big miss as he's been their best forward recently. While they have Sturridge now he's clearly not match fit and not in the form that Rodriguez has been.

If they are still in the bottom 3 after those games I would bet on them to go down given they have Manure, Liverpool and Spurs in their last 6.

Looking at the TV coverage I can't lip read but bongs reaction says it all.
Rodriguez clearly isn't educated enough to engage brain before marf.
The thought police don't exist yet only in movies !

It certainly wont help their bid to beat relegation if he is found guilty and banned. However if he denies it and no one else heard him, how can he be proved guilty?

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
