Indeed it was.

I think the real litmus test for me was that i didn't even realise until I posted...I knew exactly why, but the fact I didn't pick up on it for a while (and they purposely avoided bringing attention to it) is the true sign of how far we have come I guess; which is the real measure of how far things have come in the last 100 years.

I have prepared one of my own time capsules. I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder and nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we are really like.

What made me chuckle (a little!) was that Louise Minchin, who invariably is to the right of the picture, next to Dan Walker on the left of the picture, was “promoted” this morning to sit in “Dan’s place” with the incoming “Business” presenter taking La Minchin’s normal position. A far-from-sumbliminal admission therefore that there IS a gender-based pecking order.
