I thought he was signing for Nottingham Forest. The trouble is that I am not sure we need reinforcements in that area.

I think we may have a squad place as Rakip may count as U21 I think you are right as I have counted 24 inc RLC and Rakip up but not included Wickham, Schlupp or Dann. I thought Chungy went Bolton on loan as well.

We have very poor service to the forwards and any newcomer is going to be frustrated at the lack of midfield supply. Ben Watson is at least as good as Cabaye and probably less prone to exhaustion.

I haven't seen him recently but he's been released for a reason. That said a 6 month short term contract might be decent value if he can "do a job" for us still....

I thought he was brilliant in his pomp, if he was anywhere near his best then he would be a good freebie. Still think we might not need him though.

He was released as he isn't good enough, Parish has been accused of employing ex players, this would be too much.
