Well Jules is now injured, further highlighting our inability to get a keeper signed. Now we are one injury away from Dion Henry starting for us in the premier league.

Kind of reminiscent of when in the last window Parish failed to sign a striker, then Benteke got injured really highlighting that fact. With Speroni going down we might be made to rue the failure of not signing a keeper in this window.

Quite ironic that Parish is very excited to have secured Guaita on a free, as we needed to get cover in that position now, while our league status hangs in the balance, not 6 months down the road.

We played chicken with Getafe and I think Parish thinks he got a win but not paying up to sign him now, so he can laugh at Getafe in the summer. Only trouble is we really, really needed to sign a keeper and now with Speroni injured, its very, very apparent that we messed up once again and dont have adequate cover in key positions.
