Based on yesterday I'd think we'll be saying the same about Benteke and Palace once Wilf gets back. He was outclassed by a PL debutant playing out of position, which suggests that Tekers' level right now is Tippaligaen or Eredivisie or thereabouts. Maybe SPL.

This won’t be the first time he will have had a the problem of a striker with no form and no confidence. But he’d better find a solution soon.

Roy is a good coach. This won’t be the first time he will have had a the problem of a striker with no form and no confidence. But he’d better find a solution soon.

Come out of hiding From what I have heard Batshuayi's hold up and link up play were dreadful for Chelsea, his only attribute was that he is a good finisher but it stops there, according to Chelsea supporting mate. With good service he will score loads but we are not Dortmund or Chelsea so he will be effectively useless.

Batshuayi should be bought asap....he was always talented and now he's got a run of games at Dortmund and scored five in three appearances, he would compliment Benteke rather than replace him...they could play together! I think if u wait a while there will be a bunch of clubs after him! At Chelsea he's never been given a run of games....

Not seen any footage of his recent goals but I would imagine he is getting decent service. Glenn Murray was almost run out of Selhurst by people near me in his first season..... Then he got crosses and early balls and stuck 30 odd in the onion bagin our promotion season. That season was the most direct I have seen Zaha (less fancy dan stepovers more running into the box and passing early when the chance arose). As a striker you cannot score consistently if you don't play often and when you do you get poor service.

That season was the most direct I have seen Zaha (less fancy dan stepovers more running into the box and passing early when the chance arose).
