Liverpool have just let him go on loan to Cardiff for the rest of the season. I know he did that nasty challenge on Tomkins last season but I think he could be the ideal replacement for Cabaye. 21 years old and a Serbian international with energy and bite. Not sure how much Klopp rates him, but like I say , will be interesting to see how he does at Cardiff.

Not sure if they rate him, probably just trying to keep him off the scousers training pitch if he tackles like that normally!

I'm not convinced Tomkins wpuld welcome this obnoxious thug with open arms and neither would I. He's violent, he's reckless and he's s***e. Not fit to lick Cabaye's boots. Edited by chateauferret (17 Jan 2018 3.14pm)

I’m still going to keep an open mind on him, sometimes a young player who is desperate to make an impression can go a little over the top. Playing in that central role he probably felt that he needed to show he had the grit and steel to do the job. I’d love like to think that Luka and Marko in the midfield would terrify a lot of other teams.

Can you imagine what sort of danger Zaha would be in if we had Grujic and he took out one of our opponents which seems to be all he brings to the game
