Interesting.

Maybe some women have realised that when you cut a man's balls off, you lose the power you have over him.

Hmm interesting read, hopefully this will put the brakes a little on the runaway #meetoo campaign and allow the 'debate' to take place rather than allowing the likes of OPRAH to jump on the bandwagon to further her own self interest at the expense of those who are innocent of baseless claims.

Oprah, in her black gown at the golden globes, what a warrior for social justice.

I'm sure Trump is shaking in his boots at the prospect of facing her in 2020.

Quite. Oprah has done quite well for herself in this wicked world, hasn't she.

It is a valid point that is someone what destroyed by invoking Roman Polanski:

"The article also criticized the "confusion of the man and the work," chastising a campaign to ban a Roman Polanski retrospective at a Paris cinema last November.
Deneuve, who has previously worked on films with Polanski, came out publicly in support of him last March amid persistent accusations of pedophilia and rape."

Polanksi admitted to sex with an underage girl, this is statutory rape. He fled the US before completing his sentence which was under review for being too lenient. That is not a good example of a man dammed without evidence. Ironically the luvvies and their #metoo campaign would like the rest us us to forget the multiple award ceremonies when they clapped and cheered Poalnski knowing the above.

One more point

Morality is fashion and it loses it's value and credibility when it is hijacked by a lot of bandwagon jumping knobheads.
No one seems to be able to keep a sense of perpective these days.

IMO these ladies are in a strange way protecting women in the long run.
As it is going at present the act of rape is getting diluted in how serious it is.
With all the fuss about chatting up women or touching an arm every perceived action now seems to some to be inadvertantly as equally serious.
Rape deserves all punishment possible and this will put it back to the top of that long list of henoius crimes.

Too young for Reagan?

Are the French progressive, regressive or just normal in this example?

I have been wondering where to post this from one of my wife's former workmates in the 1970s.

I had a pin board behind my desk when we moved downstairs. It was supposed to be a notice board, but the biggest collection were jokes cut out the paper. My favourite of all time was one that read " the wages are poor, but the sexual harassment more than makes up for it!"

Lets face it, if you didn't like something, the easiest way to deal with it was a slap in the face!
