Shame really. Good for Palace, good for our other relegation rivals but sad to see such quality never fit and able to play. Would’ve been one of the best strikers England have seen for many a year if he could’ve stayed fit and kept the form of the Suarez/Sturridge year at Liverpool.

I’m sure I read his injuries are due to genetics?

Taken off injured last night after only three minutes of game.

Given how much time he has spent in medical treatment room in recent seasons, he'd be better off signing for 'Casualty' or 'Holby City'....

From a purely Palace point of view it’s good news that WBA are deprived of his goals for a while longer.
