The Huddersfield Town defender Mathias Jorgensen has offered to buy every travelling fan from Hudderfield who attends their match at Southampton on Saturday (via a voucher) with a pint at their Boxing day home match against Stoke.

This gesture could cost him £8,300 as they have an allocation of 2,596 and charge £3.20 a pint.

Jorgensen, 27, who is known as Zanka, wrote on Twitter: "I hope you like the gift. Zanka Claus is coming to Town!"
