It's South Yorkshire official Craig Pawson who was in the middle for last weeks Man C v Spurs clash.

The 38-year-old's most recent Palace matches - all last season - were the home defeats v West Brom and Man U, the home win v Stoke and the away win v Chelsea.

Fourth official on Saturday will be Kevin Friend.

Get the feeling he won't be as lenient with the red cards for Swansea v Palace.

Yep - not after the criticism he got over the Kane and Ali 'tackles'
Milo and Johan might need to be careful.

Pawson has taken a lot of stick from the Man City/Spuds match. While I agree that the Dele tackle should have been a red, the others weren't as clear cut in real time. Too many pundits are spoiling the meal.

See if after that he sends Dann off for brushing an attacker's heel I'm going to pronounce a fatwa against this f***wit.

Pawson has a long, poo-covered track record as a Premier League referee. I am disinclined to give him the benefit of the doubt on those Kane and Alli tackles, therefore. Straight reds, both.

Of course, Palace vs. Swansea isn't a cream fixture, so we're not going to get a top referee. It just blows my mind that Pawson remains in the rotation of match officials, let alone gets to be the man in the middle.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Decent game i thought. Some refs might not have given that penalty
