A mate of mine who is a tube driver felt it was all about the sacked driver being a mate of the union bosses. When driverless trains are proposed and the unions ask the public for their support I wonder if they will get it?. Same mate has told me that the technology has been installed on several tube lines just not switched on. How long before it is on the railways. Better to work with progress than draw a line in the sand. By the way how did it work out for the dockers and the print workers? One more point
