Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

I must admit when I was young I was obsessed with the trouble in the White Horse and the idea that there were whole tribes of organised cut throats and mobsters being thwarted. Now I'm older, I realise how silly it all was. I'm a bit embarrassed. So I just deny all knowledge. I like to pretend that I emerged from the womb as a well adjusted mature person, who has never done anything stupid in his life. So. You've got nothing on me. You can't prove a thing. Alright? I wasn't there.

I used to sit in Block B before the HF and we were always very loud in that part of the ground. It’s pretty much where the noise started and finished no matter how much we insisted on everyone around joining in. It just never took off before the HF. There’s no denying the impact they’ve had on the atmosphere.

Agreed and I wish we all joined in with them more often! I agree with that. But sometimes it needs things to happen on thd pitch. Against Chelsea we got at them right from the start and the crowd responded. Sometimes when we're playing the boring passing sideways and backwards stuff it's hard to get too enthused. ..
