Given Chelsea have spent the best part of a small countries entire wealth over the last 10 years, I am not convinced that the monetary aspect will worry them that much and that it would be pressure from RLC that ultimately determines his future. In fact I would go as far as to say that Chelsea buy players purely to stop them playing for someone else! I think Ruben will have to push hard for that exit.

England coming down to Earth with a bump now after that world cup outing. Lost to Spain and lucky to be ahead against a Switzerland side that ought to have been three up at half time. Meanwhile Croatia, who knocked them out of the world cup, are gettingvtheir trousers taken down by ghe aforementioned Spain. Loftus-Cheek looking more like Lostus-Sheep.
