Pardew. West Ham, Newcastle, Palace , West Brom
Pulis. Palace , West Brom ...
Allardyce. West Ham, Palace etc
Roy, West Brom, palace
Why aren't different managers coming through?

Either a) they don't get near enough to the relegation zone to give their Board the heebie-jeebies, like Wenger, or b) they're f***ing s***e, like de Boer.

Pardew has been out of it for ages and I'm amazed anyone's considering him after the arse he made of things here. But then I might have wondered why anyone would trust Pulis with a whelk stall since you might think he'd grab the takings and do one.

What's the betting on Hughes being the next manager sacked and Pulis going to Stoke. Clement is probably favourite to go first but Hughes must be on a knife edge after the last few results.

Stoke's last 10 results : Won 2 Drawn 2 Lost 6.

My understanding is that Pulis has a good relationship with the Stoke owner Peter Coates and they parted on amicable terms. It was said that the reason for the split was that Stoke wanted to move in a different direction which of course hasn't materialised.

Given the reason for Pulis' departure, and the club's ambitions perhaps a return for Pulis is not 'On the cards' but football has a habit of springing up surprises.

Stoke are moving in exactly the right direction as far as I am concerned.
