Ah yes, he will understand the gravity of the situation in the cradle of the Amex. He will train his team on the laws of motion, probably generalising the binomial theorem to non-integer exponents as we speak.

Not sure how to call this.

Brighton must be the favourite based on league position, I'm happier being the underdog.

Brighton's 4 wins have come against West Brom, West Ham, Newcastle and Swansea. None of these sides are particularly impressive. Having said that we've scraped points against West Ham and Stoke and might be getting ahead of ourselves despite promising performances.

Houghton is a good manager, although sacked by both Newcastle and Norwich after promising starts. Roy is a wise old fox and better regarded by most.

On paper I would prefer our team over theirs. Knockhart's looked talented and people have been singing the praise of Gross and Proper. Most clubs would prefer to have Luca, Cabaye, RLC, and Zaha over them.

Bruno might be a weakness at 37, especially when faced with Zaha and Townsend. Although, I'm not filled with confidence when it comes to any of our full backs vs Knockhart.

Despite us looking better, Brighton have the huge advantage of having a keeper and a striker... And strikers that have played for us always seem to score against us.

We need a massive performance from the team tonight. They have to go out and show everyone what they are made of.

Come on Palace.
